142 - Call Center of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan
142-Call Center of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan serves to respond citizens’ informative appeals, inquiries and complaints in a timely manner on issues related to the responsibility of the Ministry, such as social provision, determination of disability, medical-social rehabilitation, employment provision, compliance with labour legislation at work places, use of electronic services of the Ministry.
142-Call Center is open in real time to the public on weekdays from 9.00 to 18.00.
The Ministry's 142-Call Center has been built in line with modern requirements. To respond promptly to the appeals of citizens’ was increased number of personnel and improved technical infrastructure.
The phone number person calls the Call Center with, is automatically logged in the system. This makes possible to review the appeals and respond in compliance with legislation, and to provide feedback, if necessary.
The Call Center software is integrated into the information resources of various agencies. However, the information contained in the information resources of the relevant authorities is used to verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by any person in his or her application for a particular issue.
The quality of the response to citizens’ appeals in the 142-Call Center is being monitored by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population through software installed on special monitors.
