Citizens and martyrs who lost their physical health during the protection of the territorial integrity and the constitutional system of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be taken to the apartments of the District (city) Executive Power where they live, to be provided by the state (individual home). The withdrawal, shift and cancellation of persons from this category are under the jurisdiction of the relevant district (city) Executive Power.
