A new functionality has been introduced in the “Labour and Employment” subsystem (EMAS) of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population.
Now, employers can digitally sign not only employment contracts but also other legal documents related to employment relationships through the system.
This innovation is based on Article 200 of the Labour Code, which allows an employer to conclude a written agreement on full material responsibility with employees aged 18 or older who are responsible for the safekeeping, processing, sale, transportation, or use of property and other material assets entrusted to them during the work process.
Thanks to this new functionality, documents such as full material responsibility agreements, information technology security agreements, commitment contracts, and other additional documents can now be electronically signed.
This update simplifies document circulation between employer and employee, while also promoting further digitalization of labour relations and ensuring transparency and legal accountability.
