Social Indicators for the First Quarter
During the first quarter of this year, 11.5 thousand individuals were granted disability status by the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population.
Of these, 5.3 thousand individuals were granted disability status for the first time, while 6.2 thousand individuals received reassessment-based disability status.
Disability assessments are conducted through an electronic system, based on referral data submitted by healthcare institutions into the system.
Following the determination of disability, social payments related to disability are assigned proactively through the electronic system.
