Social indicators for the first half of the year
12,4 million applications were made to the e-services provided to the population in the areas of activity of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population in the first half of this year.
The "e-social" portal, which is the country's social registry, was used 8 million times during that period, and 132 thousand appointments were made proactively via e-infrastructure.
As a result of the extensive electronicization program implemented in the social sphere in recent years, more than 90 percent of the Ministry's 159 services are currently provided via e-procedure. In addition, 60 proactive services, an "e-social" portal with wide functional capabilities, and the "Labour and Employment" subsystem are operating.
The integration of the Ministry's e-systems with the information databases of up to 80 institutions is being carried out. Including requests from these institutions, the number of requests, applications and services via the Ministry's e-systems during the first 6 months of the current year was 259 million.
