This functionality of the mobile application was met with interest, and over the past period, 14,2 thousand labour contracts have already been signed in e-procedure through the “e-social” mobile application.
The labour contract submitted for approval by the employer is reflected in the “Signing of a Labour Contract” section of the main screen of the citizen’s “e-Social” mobile application.
Citizens can conveniently sign these contracts electronically (via the “SIMA” digital signature or “ASAN Signature”).
This innovation not only accelerates the transition of labour relations to the digital level, but also makes the signing process more flexible and accessible to citizens.
