11-month social indicators
From January to November of the current year, 25 million applications were submitted to the electronic services provided to the population in the areas of activity of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population.
During this period, the “e-social” portal, which serves as the country’s social registry, was used 15.4 million times, and 235 thousand benefit assignments were carried out proactively through the e-infrastructure.
As a result of the extensive digitalisation programme implemented in the social sphere in recent years, more than 90 percent of the Ministry’s services are now provided electronically. A number of proactive services are also in operation, along with the multifunctional “e-social” portal and the “Labour and Employment” subsystem.
The Ministry’s e-systems are integrated with the information databases of around 80 institutions. Including inquiries from these institutions, the total number of queries, applications and services processed through the Ministry’s e-systems during the 11 months of the year reached 427 million.
