The work of bringing children who suffered from the war in Ukraine to our country and involving them in rehabilitation services is continuing.
Another 30 Ukrainian children were brought to our country to be provided with socio-psychological rehabilitation services, organized by the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population.
National dance lessons and individual consultations by a professional psychologist will be organized for children in the camp located in Baku. They will also have the opportunity to get acquainted with the Old City, Maiden Tower and the Shirvanshahs' Palace complex, the seaside boulevard, the Ateshgah Temple, and the Yanardagh monument and have an interesting time here.
In the coming days, they are expected to be involved in a number of group therapies, meditation and yoga classes, as well as psycho-social trainings, acquaintance with national cuisine and other master classes in Baku and our regions. Camp participants will also be introduced to the history and sights of the cities of Gabala and Sheki.
Within the framework of the 10-day social rehabilitation program, support will be provided to stabilize the emotional state of children, as well as ensure their integration into society.
It should be noted that in the past period, a total of more than 230 Ukrainian children were brought to our country and provided with socio-psychological rehabilitation services.
