A total of 3.4 million requests were submitted to the electronic services of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population during January–May 2026.

During the reporting period, 123 thousand benefit and service assignments were carried out proactively through the e-infrastructure, while 327 thousand electronic certificates were issued in the fields of labour, employment, and social protection.

As a result of the extensive digitalization program implemented in the social sector in recent years, more than 90 percent of the Ministry’s services are now provided electronically. The Ministry’s e-systems are integrated with the information databases of nearly 80 institutions.

Including inquiries received from these institutions, the total number of inquiries, applications, and services processed through the Ministry’s e-systems reached 168 million in January–May this year.
