Social indicators for the first quarter
In the first quarter of this year, the "Volunteer DOST" program, which plays a crucial role in the expansion of the volunteer movement in Azerbaijan, received 9000 applications, and 373 individuals were enrolled in the program.
The program has various subprograms, including "Young DOST", "Silver DOST" (for elderly people), "Distant DOST", "Corporate DOST", and "Inclusive DOST".
Volunteers assist in welcoming citizens at DOST centers, directing them to service windows, managing citizen flow and queues, providing information, utilizing e-systems, and more.
They contribute to the delivery of state social services based on the "single-window" and citizen satisfaction principles.
The program helps participants gain experience in customer service, develop business skills, and supports their personal development and the first successful steps in their careers.
