First-half social indicators

During January–June 2026, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population received 3.9 million applications through its electronic services.

During the reporting period, 143 thousand social benefit and service entitlements were granted proactively through the Ministry's electronic infrastructure, while 389 thousand electronic certificates related to labour, employment and social protection were issued.

As a result of the extensive digitalisation programme implemented in recent years, more than 90% of the Ministry's services are now provided electronically. The Ministry's information systems are integrated with the databases of around 80 public institutions.

Including inter-agency requests, the Ministry's electronic systems processed 204 million requests, applications and services during the first half of 2026.
