Social indicators for the first 7 months

A total of 4 billion 568 million manats was allocated for pension payments during the first 7 months of this year, which is 10% or 426 million manats more than in the same period of last year.

Since the beginning of the current year, pensions have been increased by 9.3% through indexation. As of August 1, 2026, the average monthly pension amount increased by 10% compared to the same period last year, reaching 595 manats, while the average monthly old-age pension reached 633 manats.

During January–July, 25,000 pensions were assigned proactively through the e-system. Since the beginning of 2019, when electronic pension assignment was introduced, 203,000 pensions have been assigned proactively through the e-system.
