Social indicators for the first nine months
During the period of January–September 2025, the Disability Assessment and Rehabilitation Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population granted disability status to 40.4 thousand individuals.
Among them, 18.3 thousand people received initial disability status, while 22.1 thousand were reassessed for repeated disability.
The disability assessment process is carried out through an electronic system based on the information provided in the referrals entered into the e-system by medical institutions.
After the disability is confirmed, social benefits related to disability are automatically assigned through the e-system in a proactive manner.
