7-month social indicators

A total of 4.5 million applications were made to the electronic services of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population during January-July 2026.

During the reporting period, 163 thousand decisions were made proactively through the e-infrastructure, while 457 thousand electronic certificates were issued in the fields of labour, employment and social protection.

As a result of the extensive digitalisation programme implemented in the social sector in recent years, more than 90 percent of the Ministry’s services are now provided electronically.

The Ministry’s e-systems are integrated with the information databases of nearly 80 institutions. Including inquiries received from these institutions, the total number of inquiries, applications and services processed through the Ministry’s e-systems during January-July this year reached 238 million.
