Social Indicators for 8 Months
From January to August of this year, DOST centers provided services to 580 thousand citizens.
Since May 2019, a total of 7 DOST centers have been opened in the country, along with a “Smart DOST” service point in Ağalı village of Zangilan and a branch of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center in Shusha.
Based on the internationally recognized DOST concept, state social services are delivered through a “single window” system using modern, flexible, and transparent mechanisms, in accordance with citizens’ satisfaction.
Citizen satisfaction with DOST services is 98.6%.
