Social indicators of the first quarter
In the first quarter, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population received 6 million requests for electronic services provided to the public in its areas of activity.
During this period, the e-social.az portal, which is the country’s social registry, was used 3,3 million times. Additionally, 66000 appointments were made through the e-infrastructure in a proactive manner.
As a result of the large-scale digitalization program implemented in the social sector in recent years, over 90 percent of the Ministry's 160 services, or 145 services, are now provided electronically. Furthermore, more than 55 proactive services, a highly functional "e-social" portal, and the "Labour and Employment" subsystem are operational.
The Ministry's e-systems are integrated with the information databases of nearly 80 institutions. Including inquiries from those institutions, the number of queries, requests, and services via the Ministry’s e-systems in the first quarter of 2025 amounted to 107 million.
