9-month social indicators
During January–September of this year, 658,000 citizens received services at DOST centres.
Since May 2019, 7 DOST centres have been established across the country, along with a “Smart DOST” service point in Aghali village of Zangilan, a branch of the Karabakh Regional DOST Centre in Shusha, and the Kalbajar DOST point.
Based on the internationally recognized DOST concept, public social services are provided through a “one-stop-shop” model using modern, flexible, and transparent mechanisms, ensuring citizen satisfaction.
Citizen satisfaction with DOST services stands at 98.6 percent.
