Social Indicators for the eight-month period

During the eight months of this year, 672,000 citizens were served at DOST centers. The satisfaction rate with the DOST services provided to them was 99.2 percent.

Since May 2019, eight DOST centers (in Baku, Absheron, Barda and Nakhchivan), four DOST branches (in Shusha, Tartar, Neftchala and Imishli) and three DOST service points (in Zangilan, Kalbajar and Fuzuli) have been opened in the country.

Based on the DOST concept, which has also received high international recognition, 164 public social services are provided through a “one-stop shop” using modern, flexible and transparent mechanisms in line with citizens’ satisfaction.
