The DOST Inclusive Development and Creativity Center, under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, along with its branches, is currently providing training-based services to 188 beneficiaries to enhance their talents and skills.
Among them, 153 are persons with disabilities, 16 are members of martyrs’ families, persons with disabilities related to war and their family members, 9 are orphans and children deprived of parental care, and 10 are members of low-income families.
Established on the initiative of First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, the Center works to foster the creative potential and skills of individuals from vulnerable groups and support their integration into society.
Launched in October 2021, the Center is the first and largest inclusive creativity and development space in the South Caucasus. It also operates branches in Ismayilli and Barda.
In total, the Center and its branches have provided services in various fields to 770 beneficiaries during the reporting period.
