Social indicators for 4 months
In January-April, 8 million 546 thousand applications were made to the electronic services provided to the population in the areas of activity of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population.
The “e-social” portal, which is the country's social registry, was used 5,1 million times during that period, and 90 thousand appointments were made proactively via e-infrastructure.
As a result of the extensive electronicization program implemented in the social sphere in recent years, more than 90 percent of the Ministry's 159 services are currently provided via e-procedure. In addition, more than 55 proactive services, an “e-social” portal with wide functional capabilities, and the “Labour and Employment” subsystem are operating.
The integration of the Ministry's e-systems with the information databases of up to 80 institutions is being carried out. Including requests from these institutions, the number of requests, applications and services via the Ministry's e-systems during the 4 months of the current year was 135 million.
