105 employers presented up to 1050 vacancies
at the active employment event
A job fair dedicated to the 95th anniversary of UNEC was held jointly by the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population and the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).
The active employment event organized for students and graduates of the university was attended by Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population Vusal Nasirli, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Indira Hajiyeva, Rector of Azerbaijan State University of Economics Professor Adalat Muradov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Absheron Logistics Center Ziya Aghayev, and employers from various sectors.
The importance of these events, held jointly with employers in supporting the access of young people to the labour market and informing them about vacant jobs appropriate to their specialties and interests, was emphasized.
The participants of the event were interested in the vacancies presented and their requirements.
A total of 105 employers presented up to 1050 vacancies at the job fair. Detailed information was provided about the job responsibilities for these vacancies, CVs of applicants were accepted, and suitable candidates were registered.
At the same time, the participants of the event were informed about the active employment measures being implemented, and career counseling services were provided by the Agency's career counselors.
