By the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population Ramin Alik oglu Rzayev was appointed Chairman of the Board of the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency under the Ministry.
Ramin Rzayev was born in 1977. In 2000, he graduated with a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Law at Ankara University in the Republic of Turkey.
From 2003 to 2018, he held positions such as Head of the Law Department and Chairman of the Inspection Department at “Central Clinic” LLC under the Special Medical Service of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Between 2019 and 2021, he served as Director of “Azeract Consulting” LLC.
Since 2021, until his current appointment, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Board of the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency.
