Social indicators for the first 9 months

A total of 5.4 million applications were submitted through the electronic services of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population in January–September 2026.

During this period, 200,000 assignments were made proactively through the electronic infrastructure, and 590,000 electronic certificates were issued in the fields of labour, employment and social protection.

As a result of the extensive digitalisation programme implemented in the social sector in recent years, 90% of the Ministry’s services are provided electronically.

The Ministry’s e-systems are integrated with the information databases of nearly 80 institutions. Including requests received from these institutions, the total number of inquiries, applications and services processed through the Ministry’s e-systems in January–September this year amounted to 316 million.
