Among them, the share of those who started working within the first two years has increased to 62,3 percent.
According to the data contained in the “Graduate Employment Rating” electronic platform of the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, the frequency of entry into the labour market of those who graduated from bachelor's degree higher education institutions in the country is increasing year by year.
In 2018, the rate of graduates who graduated from bachelor's degree entering the labour market with an employment contract within the next two years was 55,2 percent, while according to data for 2024, this rate was 62,3 percent for those who graduated in 2022.
The platform contains information on up to 103,4 thousand graduates who graduated from 31 higher education institutions in 2018-2022 with a bachelor's degree only.
According to the methodology of the "Graduate Employment Rating", the period of finding a job for a graduate covers the 2-year period after graduation.
On the other hand, the information of individuals who, after completing their bachelor's degree, received a master's degree in the country or in other countries and then entered the labour market is not currently reflected in the "Graduate Employment Rating" e-platform.
The salary information reflected in the platform is the information from the employment contract concluded when those graduates started working, and the current salary indicators are higher.
The "Graduate Employment Rating" e-platform, which provides applicants with information about the employment of graduates of higher education institutions and current specialties in the labour market, and allows them to choose the right profession in accordance with the requirements of the labour market, is also highly appreciated at the international level.
This platform, which has won a number of international competitions in the past, was also awarded the Global Recognition Awards in the competition of the leading US assessment program.
