The State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population has fully transitioned all processes related to the assignment of unemployment insurance payments to an electronic format.
Information concerning individuals registered as unemployed is verified through the Ministry’s Centralized Electronic Information System. Based on this verification, decisions regarding the approval or denial of unemployment insurance payments are rendered electronically.
The amount of the insurance payment is automatically determined by the electronic system, with disbursements executed on a monthly basis.
Under the new system, any circumstances that may lead to the suspension of payments or adjustment of the payment amount are also identified electronically.
Accordingly, the entire scope of procedures—including the assignment or denial of payments, recalculation of amounts, suspension, and disbursement—is conducted in real-time via electronic means.
This development ensures greater transparency and efficiency in the process, enhances the responsiveness of service delivery, and contributes to increased citizen satisfaction.
