The DOST Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population organized an info tour to DOST Call Center 142 LLC for representatives of civil society.
The purpose of the tour was to familiarize participants with the operational mechanisms of DOST Call Center 142, as well as the process of receiving and responding to citizens’ inquiries.
As part of the event, guests toured the call center’s operational areas, observed the work of the operators, and became acquainted with all stages of the process, from receiving inquiries to providing responses.
A presentation was then delivered for the participants. It provided information on the areas of activity of DOST Call Center 142, mechanisms for the prompt receipt and handling of inquiries related to social services, and innovative solutions implemented to ensure citizen satisfaction. The presentation also addressed the coordination of incoming inquiries with DOST services and the execution process.
The event continued with a question-and-answer session. Representatives of civil society shared their views and suggestions regarding the call center’s activities, the development of digital services, and the management of citizens’ inquiries. Their questions were answered.
