As a result of the reintegration measures of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population the return of 89 more children from institutions to their families was ensured this year.
Preventing children belonging to vulnerable groups from being placed in state children's institutions is also one of the main areas of activity. For this purpose, the Agency's employees are conducting socio-psychological support and awareness-raising activities for these children and their families.
In the past period of this year, 125 children were prevented from being placed in institutions by their families and kept in their own families.
