The issue of applying the DOST concept is also being considered in Romania. Florin-Irinel Cotoshman, president of the National Agency for Employment of Romania, who got acquainted with the activities of the DOST Agency, said about this.
The delegation headed by F.I. Cotoshman was a guest of DOST Agency yesterday.
Chairman of the Board of DOST Agency, Farid Mammadov, informed the delegation about the activity of DOST centers. It was emphasized that the concept of DOST has created conditions for the provision of state social services in our country from a "one window", operative and based on the principle of citizen satisfaction. It was noted that more than 1 million 500 thousand citizens have benefited from DOST services and the level of citizen satisfaction with these services is higher than 98 percent. It was pointed out that the agency was awarded with many international awards, and the application of DOST practice in other countries was encouraged by international organizations.
Later, a presentation on the DOST concept was shown for the delegation. Citizens were informed about the services provided in the DOST centers in the fields of social protection and social security, medical and social expertise and rehabilitation, social insurance, labor and employment in the presentation.
The prospects of cooperation between the institutions were also discussed at the meeting, and opinions were exchanged on issues of mutual interest. F.I. Cotoshman noted that the concept of DOST caused great interest in them and that the possibility of applying this practice in Romania is being considered.
