The UK-based international platform “Project Controls Expo” has published an article on Azerbaijan’s experience in implementing proactive services within its social security system.
The article provides detailed information on the transition to the proactive assignment mechanism by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, as well as the advantages and opportunities created by this mechanism.
It emphasizes that, as a result of the proactive assignment mechanism, pensions, allowances, and other social payments are assigned automatically without the need for citizens to apply or submit documents.
The mechanism operates based on data exchange between the Ministry’s Centralized Electronic Information System and more than 80 state information systems. Currently, 55 types of social payments are assigned proactively.
“Project Controls Expo” is an international platform specializing in project management. The publication of this article on the mentioned platform is yet another indication of the high international recognition received by the digital achievements attained in Azerbaijan’s social protection system.
