On the occasion of June 1 – International Children’s Day, the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population took an extraordinary initiative.
A group of children with special needs visited the Agency’s headquarters and symbolically replaced some staff members in their workplaces.
Within the framework of the event, children of martyrs of the Patriotic War and those living in children’s social service institutions under the Agency had the opportunity to try themselves in various fields of activity.
Children from different age groups demonstrated their skills in areas such as Citizen Reception, Documentation and Citizen Requests, Human Resources Management, Public Relations and Communications, Office Management, and more.
They were introduced to principles of working with vulnerable population groups, archiving procedures, and how to answer incoming calls.
The children also took on the roles of some structural leaders, gave mock interviews as agency officials, and carried out graphic design tasks.
