The State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population has announced a competition for employers to implement targeted programs ensuring employment of persons with special social protection needs and those facing difficulties in finding work.
For winning employers, the Agency will cover up to 75% of the costs related to creating jobs for these individuals.
Categories of persons with special social protection needs include persons with disabilities, members of families of martyrs, youth under 20, single parents raising one or more children, parents of children with disabilities, persons less than two years away from retirement age, former prisoners, and former internally displaced persons.
Employers eligible to apply must meet the following conditions:
State, municipal bodies, and legal entities fully or partially owned by the state or municipality are not eligible to participate.
Preference will be given to employers creating suitable and sustainable jobs for persons with special social protection needs and implementing targeted programs in high-demand professions.
Each employer can submit only one project, and the number of jobs created within the project cannot exceed 10% of the employer's current workforce, but in total cannot exceed 20 positions.
For winning projects, the State Employment Agency will cover up to 75% of the costs, while at least 25% will be covered by the employer.
