At the Vocational Rehabilitation Center for People with Disabilities under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population 121 young people with disabilities are currently receiving vocational and social rehabilitation services.
Of them, 82 are enrolled in various vocational training courses, acquiring knowledge and skills in different professions. Meanwhile, 39 individuals are involved in social rehabilitation services, as well as various training sessions, boccia, and other sports activities.
Last year, 516 individuals, and overall more than 3500 people in total were engaged in vocational training and social rehabilitation at the Vocational Rehabilitation Center for People with Disabilities. Those admitted to the Center are also provided with accommodation and meals at the state's expense.
Young people who are involved in vocational and social rehabilitation services at the Center are also sent to relevant vocational workshops and internship programs in other countries. Over the past five years, nearly 2400 young individuals have participated in these programs.
