The institutions and centres of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, as well as day-care and rehabilitation centres established under orders from the Agency, currently provide services to nearly 4 thousand children.
Of these children in need of special care, including children with disabilities, 882 receive inpatient, 2,936 receive semi-inpatient, and 165 receive outpatient services.
Work is being carried out to help realise their rehabilitation potential, develop their functional skills, and support their integration into daily life and society.
In addition, taking into account the interests and abilities of the children, services are provided through various clubs to improve their self-care skills and develop their imagination.
