48 employees who were unlawfully dismissed have also been reinstated in their previous jobs.
The State Labor Inspectorate Service under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population determined that during January–August, employers delayed the payment of 349,334 manats in social-related payments to employees.
As a result of the measures taken, these funds were paid to employees by employers. 92 percent of this amount consisted of salaries, while the remaining part included allowances and compensations to be paid by employers, as well as damages.
During the review of appeals, the State Labour Inspectorate Service also identified that the employment contracts of 48 employees had been terminated in violation of legislative requirements. As a result of the measures taken by the Service in accordance with the law, these employees were reinstated in their previous jobs.
