Social indicators for the first four months
30 workers who were unlawfully dismissed have been reinstated to their previous jobs.
During the period from January to April 2025, the State Labour Inspectorate Service under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population identified that employers had delayed payments of nearly 110000 manats in social payments to employees.
As a result of the measures taken, the delayed funds were paid to the employees by the employers.
Of the total amount, 88,9% was related to wages, while the remaining portion consisted of benefits, compensations that should have been paid by the employers, and damage-related payments.
During the investigation of applications, the Service also found that the labour contracts of 30 employees had been unlawfully terminated, violating legislative requirements.
As a result of actions taken by the Service based on the law, those employees have been reinstated to their previous positions.
