63 employees dismissed unlawfully were reinstated to their previous positions.
The State Labour Inspection Service under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population determined that, between January and October, employers had delayed payments totalling nearly 790 thousand manats, covering social-related compensations owed to employees.
As a result of the measures taken, the employers paid the full amount to the employees. 94 percent of the sum consisted of delayed wages, while the remaining portion included allowances, compensations, and damages due from employers.
During the investigation of complaints, the State Labour Inspection Service also found that employment contracts of 63 workers had been terminated in violation of labour legislation.
Following the Service’s intervention in accordance with the law, these employees were reinstated to their previous positions.
