By the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population Anar Aliyev, Elnara Mahammad gizi Ansari was appointed as the director of the DOST Center for Inclusive Development and Creativity under the Ministry.
Elnara Ansari was born in 1979. She studied Accounting and Auditing at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics from 1996 to 2000.
From 2001 to 2014, she worked in various positions in the International Relations Department of the State Social Protection Fund. From 2014 to 2024, she served as Deputy Head of the International Relations Department of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population.
Since October 1, 2024, she had been temporarily performing the duties of director of the DOST Center for Inclusive Development and Creativity.
By Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, she was awarded the “For Distinction in Civil Service” medal.
She is fluent in English and Russian.
She is married and has two children.
