The DOST Inclusive Development and Creativity Center under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of  Population has received ISO certifications in four areas:

            •           ISO 9001:2015 (“Quality Management System”);

            •           ISO 10002:2018 (“Customer Satisfaction and Complaints Management System ”);

            •           ISO 45001:2018 (“Occupational Health and Safety Management System”);

            •           ISO 20121:2024 (“Event Sustainability Management System”).

Having successfully completed all stages of the certification process for each ISO standard, the Center’s compliance with the requirements of international standards in the above-mentioned areas has been confirmed.

Aligning the Center’s activities with ISO standards improves the quality of service and management processes. It also enhances citizen satisfaction with the services, creates a healthy, safe and inclusive working environment, and ensures sustainable development.
