As part of the ongoing expansion of the DOST service network across the regions, a new DOST branch has commenced operations in the Imishli district.
Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population Anar Aliyev, together with Mirza Guliyev, First Deputy Head of the Imishli District Executive Authority, reviewed the facilities at the new branch and familiarised themselves with the organisation of services and operational processes.
It was noted that one of the key priorities of the social reforms implemented under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev is the organisation of public social services in accordance with modern standards and the enhancement of their accessibility. In this regard, the DOST model, established on the initiative of First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, stands out for its citizen-centred approach, transparent operations, and innovative management principles, and has also gained international recognition as a successful model.
It was highlighted that the DOST concept delivers public social services through a modern, efficient, and transparent one-stop-shop model, with the overall citizen satisfaction rate reaching 98.9%.
Farid Mammadov, Chairman of the Management Board of the DOST Agency, stated that the branch, staffed by nine employees, is expected to provide services to approximately 100 citizens per day.
The branch, located at 8A A. Shadlinski Street, Imishli, occupies a two-storey administrative building designed in accordance with modern architectural standards, with a total area of 698.1 square metres.
Minister Anar Aliyev emphasised the importance of ensuring high-quality service delivery, prompt consideration of citizens’ applications, and maintaining consistently high levels of citizen satisfaction, while providing the relevant instructions and recommendations.
With the opening of the Imishli branch, the DOST network now comprises 7 DOST Centres, 4 DOST branches, and 3 DOST service points across the country.
