Social Indicators for the First Seven Months
During January–July of this year, DOST centers provided services to 515,000 citizens.
Since May 2019, seven DOST centers have been established in the country, along with the “Smart DOST” service point in Ağalı village of Zangilan and a branch of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center in Shusha.
Based on the internationally recognized DOST concept, state social services are delivered through a “single-window” approach using modern, flexible, and transparent mechanisms tailored to ensure citizen satisfaction.
Citizen satisfaction with DOST services stands at 98.6%.
