Under new Orders signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, the family members of Penchali Nurmammad oglu Teymurov and Vagif Bakhtiyar oglu Gurbanov, who were awarded the title of “National Hero of Azerbaijan,” have been granted the Presidential monthly stipend.

The stipend was assigned proactively through the electronic system at the time the entitlement arose — without requiring any application or submission of documents from the family members.

The Presidential monthly stipend (2000 AZN) is granted and paid to the National Heroes themselves and, in the case of fallen heroes, to their family members.
