In the first eight months of this year, 4.734 billion manats were allocated for pension payments, which is 10 percent (416 million manats) more compared to the same period of last year.
Since the beginning of 2025, all types of pensions have been increased by 8.1 percent through indexation, and from February 1, the minimum pension was raised by 14.3 percent, from 280 manats to 320 manats.
From January to August, 30,000 pension assignments were made, and since the start of electronic pension assignments in early 2019, a total of 168,000 pension assignments have been carried out proactively through the e-system.
