The “DOST Inspector” project, jointly implemented by the State Labour Inspection Service under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population and the National Observatory for Labour Market and Social Protection Issues under the Ministry, has conducted diagnostic assessments at four more enterprises.
The enterprises were assessed in the areas of labour legislation compliance, occupational safety, human resources management and the use of electronic subsystems.
Existing gaps and risks in these areas were identified, and relevant employers were provided with recommendations, training and consultation support to address them.
The “DOST Inspector” project is implemented on a voluntary and free-of-charge basis and aims to ensure that labour relations in workplaces are established in accordance with legislation.
Overall, assessments have been conducted at 33 enterprises under this project to date.
