In the first two months of this year, 343 citizens were provided services at the Shusha branch of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center.
The requests covered issues such as pensions and benefits, social services, employment, disability, and others.
The average waiting time for citizens requesting services was 55 seconds, while the average service time was 7 minutes and 42 seconds.
The level of citizen satisfaction with the services provided at the Shusha branch was 99,7%.
