Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population Anar Aliyev and head of the Khachmaz District Executive Power Elnur Rzayev inspected small enterprises established for residents of Khachmaz Feyzullayev Bayram Gabil oglu and Bayramov Jabir Nariman oglu within the framework of the self-employment program.
With the support of the self-employment program, small businesses for the production of printing services were established for B.Feyzullayev, and for J.Bayramov, for the production of flour products. They expressed their gratitude to the head of state for the support provided to unemployed and job-seekers to have access to small businesses.
Over the past period, small farms for more than 2200 people have been established in Khachmaz within the framework of the self-employment program.
A day care center established in Khachmaz based on a project implemented by order of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry was also inspected. The center is working with psychologists, social workers, educators and other specialists to help 30 children with disabilities, including those from vulnerable groups, develop their cognitive, emotional and physical skills, acquire daily living habits, and acquire basic writing and reading skills.
A.Aliyev and E.Rzayev also reviewed the services provided to people with disabilities at the Khachmaz Rehabilitation Center of the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency under the Ministry.
The facility, equipped with modern medical and rehabilitation equipment, provides people with disabilities with complex medical and social rehabilitation services using effective physiotherapeutic methods. As a continuation of the work done, the Center provided rehabilitation services to about 1500 more people with disabilities in the first 4 months of this year.
