At the event 822 job vacancies were presented by 90 employers
A job fair was organized jointly by the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population and the Azerbaijan Technical University.
The main objective of the fair was to support the employment of unemployed and job-seeking individuals, as well as to assist senior-year students and recent graduates preparing to enter the labour market. The event aimed to inform them about available vacancies suited to their qualifications and interests and to facilitate their initial contact with employers.
It was emphasized that such active employment events play a significant role in promoting the employment of job seekers and the unemployed, supporting youth integration into the labour market, ensuring access to vacancies relevant to their fields, and helping employers quickly meet their demand for qualified personnel.
Information was also provided about the “Graduate Employment Rating” platform. Attendees had the opportunity to meet with employers, inquire about the vacancies on offer, and learn about the requirements. Employers, in turn, shared detailed information about their organizations, recruitment priorities, and the hiring process.
During the job fair, job descriptions for the 822 vacancies were presented, CVs of applicants were collected, and suitable candidates were registered.
Participants also had the chance to learn about other active employment measures being implemented by the Agency.
