The international conference “SocGov 2026: Digital Analytics for Smart Governance” is planned to be held in Khankendi in October this year.
The event, organized by the DOST Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, is intended to serve as an international platform for discussion and cooperation in social governance, digital transformation, and innovative solutions. Its goal is to strengthen global cooperation and exchange of experience in the social sphere, promote innovative technological solutions, and contribute to the advancement of inclusive values.
Topics such as digital analytics, artificial intelligence, ethical governance, and data-driven decision-making will be discussed during the conference.
Representatives of various countries, international organizations, innovation and technology stakeholders, experts, and researchers are expected to participate.
As part of the event, competitions will be held in the categories of “AI-Based Digital Solutions in the Social Sector,” “Social Volunteering and Civic Initiatives,” “Scientific Contribution to Social Development,” and “Regional Social Initiative.” Individual awards will also be presented in the categories “Young Social Innovator of the Year,” “Leader/Initiator of Social Transformation,” and “For Sustainable Contribution to the Development of the Social Sector.”
The winners of the competitions will be announced and awarded during the conference.

It should be noted that the first international conference under the SocGov (Social Governance) brand was held in Baku last year with the participation of nearly 450 representatives from international organizations and around 20 countries.
