The State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population organized another media tour on the eve of June 26 - Armed Forces Day, for media representatives to get acquainted with small enterprises established under the self-employment program for war veterans.
This time, journalists got acquainted with small enterprises established for war veterans in Guba with the support of the program.
They were informed about the measures to provide social support to members of martyr families and war veterans after the 44-day Patriotic War that ended with our historic Victory. It was noted that within the framework of these measures, support was provided for the employment of 27 thousand people belonging to the mentioned categories in the post-war period. More than 12,7 thousand of them have been created small businesses under the self-employment program, 1,1 thousand have been involved in vocational training, and others have been provided with jobs.
Media representatives first visited the service area of Patriotic War veteran Elmaddin Alishanov. He was provided with equipment under the self-employment program for the auto cleaning envelope and set up his own business.
Then, journalists got acquainted with the small enterprise created for war veteran Shahin Karimov. Sh.Karimov was provided with equipment under the auto locksmith envelope under the self-employment program. Journalists also visited the service area of Murad Sultanov, who was provided with equipment under the men's barbershop envelope under the program.
Program participants expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for the work carried out to strengthen their social protection, as well as for the support provided to them in creating their own farms.
