In accordance with the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev, and based on the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers on the preparation of the "Socio-Economic Development Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2027–2030," the next meeting of the Sub-Working Group on Inclusive Social Development and Social Protection was held.
Head of the Working Group, Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population Anar Aliyev, noted that taking as a basis the “Azerbaijan 2030: National Priorities for Socio-Economic Development” approved by the President, the dynamic socio-economic development of the country is successfully continuing.
It was underlined that as a result of the 5th social reform package implemented this year, significant increases in salaries, pensions, allowances, and other social payments have been achieved.
It was emphasised that the Socio-Economic Development Strategy for 2027–2030, similar to other areas, will also serve the purpose of continuing the achievements made in labour, employment, social protection, rehabilitation, social services, and the development of an inclusive society in our country.
At the meeting, the modern challenges regarding the preparation of the mentioned Strategy draft and the proposals presented were heard. The works carried out by the Sub-Working Group and the upcoming tasks were discussed.
