Active employment programs for residents resettled in our liberated territories are constantly expanding. Close cooperation with employers is being carried out in the implementation of these programs, which serve to ensure sustainable employment of residents returning to their native lands.
This was stated by Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population Vusal Nasirli at a meeting with another group of employers operating in the liberated territories at the Ministry. He noted that in addition to providing employment to residents in Karabakh and East Zangazur, work is being carried out to involve them in vocational training courses in accordance with the requirements of the labour market, and to establish small enterprises under the self-employment program.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons, Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency, "Azerbaijan Airlines" CJSC, "Tamiz Shahar" OJSC, "Azerishiq" OJSC, "Azerenerji" OJSC, SOCAR, Shusha City State Reserve Administration, the Rehabilitation, Construction and Management Service in Aghdam, Fuzuli and Khojavand, the Rehabilitation, Construction and Management Service in Jabrayil, Gubadli and Zangilan, the Rehabilitation, Construction and Management Service in Lachin, the Rehabilitation, Construction and Management Service in Khankendi, Aghdara and Khojaly and the Rehabilitation, Construction and Management Service in Kalbajar.
The work done jointly with employers in the field of ensuring employment of residents in the liberated regions and the tasks ahead in this area were discussed.
